Purchase or Order your CHARISMA BEAR All priced bears should be available for purchase. Please e-mail Chrissy stating the bear of your choice, your name and contact information. You will then receive an invoice which includes the additional shipping costs. If Chrissy doesn’t have a particular bear in stock, she is happy to make a ‘twin’ This normally takes about two weeks. You will be advised of an anticipated delivery date and informed of the shipping costs. Remember that no two bears are exactly alike. PLEASE NOTE: Chrissy will only begin to make the bear when she has received confirmation of the order from you. Once confirmation is received, you will be sent an invoice. Bears marked as sold can also be requested. Please e-mail Chrissy stating the bear of your choice, your name and contact information. You will then receive an e-mail indicating the price of the bear, the additional shipping costs and the expected delivery date (usually within 2 weeks). If you wish to order a customised bear, please e-mail Chrissy. She will contact you to discuss your requirements - the colours, style, size, fur & any accessories and decide upon the name. UK Customers Payment can be made by Cheque, Postal Order, or by credit / debit card via Paypal. PLEASE NOTE: Bears will only be dispatched on clearance of payment. Shipping costs are subject to the weight of the bears ordered. Prices can be quoted by e-mail. This cost is added on to the price of your chosen bear and itemised on your invoice. Bears will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Payment must be made via Paypal using your credit / debit card. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your Bear when it arrives, you may return it for a full refund (excluding postage & packaging costs). Please email first for confirmation and ensure that the bear is postmarked within seven days of receipt, and is in its original condition, complete with all accessories. It is advisable to insure your parcel. The only exception to this guarantee is where a Bear has been specifically ordered or is customized Your statutory rights are not affected. |
