Sorry to hear that you're having problems viewing Chrissy's bears! I've asked an expert about the error message and understand that it's to do with a conflict in Servers which occasionally occurs. The error message is a 'standard one' - none of the CHARISMA BEARS pictures are actually remotely linked and have all been uploaded to our File Manager. You're the first person who's experienced this - I'll look into it further to see if there's a way to solve it. In the meantime we can e-mail some pictures to you. |

Just to say thanks for all your help and suggestions when I phoned to ask if you'd be able to design a 21st Birthday Bear for my sister. I was really spoilt for choice when it came to selecting the accessories and the fur! As she collects mice, your idea about including mousie elements too was bril! She's going to be absolutely thrilled!! I'll phone you tomorrow to confirm my choices.
